Meet Our Digital Production Team

Our commitment to world-changing causes is in more than just our name. Every part of our team, from our partners to our people, care about making the world a better place. As a partner for some of the most trusted philanthropies and groundbreaking political campaigns, we couldn’t be who we are without our incredible staff.

Our digital production team works alongside our nonprofit and political partners from the very beginning, helping onboard their data and CRM infrastructure and continuing to support their day-to-day operations throughout our partnerships. Some of their work includes:

An integral part of our team, our digital production team plays a big role in the work we do with clients. Collaborating across various departments, the digital production team helps strategize, design, and produce landing pages and click send on every email for clients. With eye-popping content that’s accessible across platforms, their expertise helps clients meet, and often exceed, campaign goals. Team Leadership

Joshua Gershman (he/him)
Vice President, Digital Production
Leading the digital production team, I specialize in finding and advocating for innovative and expansive technological solutions to streamline our production process and eliminate roadblocks for our partners. Throughout my two-decades-long career, I’ve worked simultaneously as a technologist and a front-line fundraiser – and I care deeply about supporting the work of organizations that advocate for a safer, stronger, healthier world. I am passionate about supporting causes and organizations that advocate to defend the Earth, animals, and children. I’ve been lucky to work with some incredible nonprofit teams and have built systems for each of them that are still active and functional today.
Greta Malay (she/her)
Vice President, Agency Technical Services
I’ve worked across various aspects of our political and nonprofit practice, supporting key campaigns and nonprofits in their digital fundraising. In my role as VP, Agency Technical Services, I specialize in segmentation and managing deliverability, helping our clients optimize their targeting to maximize fundraising while mitigating any deliverability concerns. I have deep expertise overseeing IP warm-ups and migrations, which informs my current work. My past experiences leading strategy for political and nonprofit programs allows me to understand program nuances and support clients in ensuring their technical systems support their overall strategic vision.
Katie Decktor (she/her)
Director, Digital Project Management
I serve as the director of project management for our digital agency and support work across our Production, QA, Content, and Account teams. Ensuring that all our work runs smoothly across various clients, I am always keeping a close eye on our projects to ensure they stay on track, removing any roadblocks that come up. Prior to MissionWired, I was a creative project manager and customer support team manager. Communication has always been an important part of what I do! I love coming up with ideas to improve processes to make things easier for everyone. Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to continuous learning – it keeps me growing and ready for new challenges, both in my career and beyond!

Jillian Baker (she/her)
Digital Production Strategist
As a digital production strategist, I support both nonprofit and political efforts. My day-to-day includes onboarding new clients and helping them navigate our tools and systems. This includes setting up SMS platforms, creating templates, updating data sets, and making sure production processes are smooth. I really enjoy the web and email design/development aspects of my role – taking a static image of a survey or email and producing it into something that is tangible and usable and that thousands of people see and connect with. I also love onboarding new clients – getting to work with accounts teams to bring a larger vision to life while ensuring everything works well and we’re collecting the results we want!
David Bultena (he/him)
Digital Production Associate
In my role as a digital production associate, I specialize in our nonprofit practice, primarily working with the ACLU. Working closely with our strategists, I help develop compelling fundraising appeals that raise critical amounts of money for their cause. I love being able to support the incredibly important work they do across the country and contributing to their fundraising efforts is a huge privilege. Before MissionWired I was a software developer for a small fintech company! The problem solving, project management, and coding that skills I gained there come in handy daily.
Roxanne Cantu (she/her)
Digital Production Strategist
My work consists of both political and nonprofit clients that are near and dear to my heart such as Americares, Teacher2Teacher, and as a born and raised Texan, Colin Allred. I love working on projects that require some creativity, problem solving, and data work. A lot of the time those types of projects involve the onboarding process of a new client, CRM migrations, list and suppression queries, and SFG client theme production. Before coming to MissionWired I was both a teacher and student at a coding bootcamp. The bootcamp helped me improve my debugging skills and helped me switch my mindset to dive headfirst into the unknown to find solutions and continue my learning journey.
Nick Dolf (he/him)
Digital Production Strategist
I enjoy working with both nonprofit and political efforts and specialize in solving tricky Litmus issues to make our clients' emails beautiful across different platforms. My favorite projects are developing new email and web survey templates, typically using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and some AngularJS. Before MissionWired, I used to work for a coffee roaster managing equipment repair and technical services. It gave me a lot of skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting that I use today to solve email and web issues for our partners. Outside of work, I volunteer for local nonprofits and I’m very proud of the website I developed for one – I’m currently creating a custom open source content management system as part of the project.
