Lilian leads transformation initiatives at MissionWired, partnering closely with the CFO and leadership team to advance the company’s strategic priorities and strengthen the systems, processes, and capabilities that support its growth. She works across Finance and the broader organization to drive business transformation, improve operations, and position the company for continued growth and evolution.
Before joining MissionWired in July 2026, Lilian held a variety of Finance and Accounting leadership roles, most recently serving as VP, Administration and Finance for the Agency pillar at Moore. Prior to Moore, she led the Finance and Accounting team at Russ Reid / One & All. Earlier in her career, Lilian began in public accounting as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche, followed by roles at Fortune 500 companies, including Nestlé and Warner Bros., and high-growth companies, including OpenX and YesTo.
Lilian holds a Master’s degree from HEC Paris, a leading business school in France, and a double degree in French and Business Economics from UCLA. She is an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
