All of us on the people team at MissionWired have a leading role in creating a working environment and conditions that allow everyone on the team to deliver outstanding results for our partners. I wake up every morning thinking about what I can do to make this happen, and my role in leading MissionWired through its next stage of growth as chief people officer. Strengthening and developing the culture of our organization as we grow is a responsibility I both take very seriously and also hugely enjoy.

Before joining the MissionWired team, I led employee experience as chief people officer at both Zocdoc and Brunswick Group. I’m thrilled to be able to bring my expertise to a team that’s working to support our nonprofit and political partners in their world-changing efforts and fundraising programs – and to do my part to ensure that our team feels they have the resources they need to grow professionally.
