Karolina leads the team of Talent and HR professionals at MissionWired that is responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining the talent central to the success of MissionWired. She partners closely with the other executive leadership team members to build MissionWired to scale, drive the integration of its agency business, and ensure DEIB is centered in all areas of the company’s talent strategy.
Before joining MissionWired in 2023, Karolina was the Chief People Officer at Zocdoc, a healthtech company; Chief People Officer and Partner at Brunswick Group, a global advisory firm with employees in 15+ countries; and SVP of HR North & South America for Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, the commercial insurance entity of Allianz SE.
Karolina holds a Masters in American Literature from the University of Bonn and a doctoral degree in Political Science from the University of Erfurt, Germany. She is the author of Democracy and Lobbying in the European Union (2007).
