Jennifer Byrne

Serving as CFO at a firm like MissionWired – with a female founder, CEO, and equity sponsor – is so inspiring. Having first begun my work experience at a nonprofit organization focused on advancing women in business, I feel like I've achieved a major career goal by joining this team.

As the chief financial officer, my primary objective is to help drive the long-term vision and strategy of the company. I work cross-functionally with all departments to ensure that our strategy and operations are supported by sound financial information and analysis. I also work closely with our investors, lenders, and other external stakeholders to convey our story along with the support of our financials.

I spent 15 years in consulting, helping clients build solutions for some very challenging situations. This experience helped me build a lens toward my work of, “no problem is too large to solve.” While my role here is not client-facing, I am excited to bring my skills and experience to the table to help MissionWired support the incredibly important missions served by our clients.
