As a senior vice president of data services, I manage the data services business unit under which we offer CRM fundraising data management services and direct mail data processing. Additionally, we’ve developed proprietary direct mail toolsets – including a mail tracking platform that gives our agency unique real-time visibility into the delivery performance of our partner’s direct mail campaigns.
