I feel a great sense of satisfaction when colleagues that I’ve screened, interviewed and hired have gone on to fantastic careers, especially when they share that I made them feel welcomed or supported. I’m passionate about nature, conservation and exploration, whether it’s a new hiking trail near my house or trying unfamiliar ingredients from a food market. In the summertime, you’ll probably find me fishing the Chesapeake Bay.
