As associate vice president of people operations, I work to support our most valuable asset – our people. My work happens more often behind the scenes, building programs that support HR initiatives, reducing friction in systems and processes, and enabling our staff to have a fantastic employee experience. MissionWired is an industry leader in fundraising and marketing strategies for political and nonprofit organizations making the world a better place. That’s why I find it so important to ensure our People function runs smoothly and our staff know we are supporting them at every stage of their careers.
