I am always striving to lead a team inclusively and working to build more equity in the industry.

As Vice President of staff development, I bring my years of experience supporting for-cause organizations to help cultivate the best support for our teams – improving our staff’s training and resources. Having worked directly with our partners, I’ve always strove to help enact change through their powerful missions and in doing so, have highly valued the internal teams that work to further their causes. By creating inclusive and equitable internal structures, I believe we’re not only doing the right thing for our teams, but also better able to help our partners reach their growth goals in the long term.
